I’ve been trying to work on my PowerVR games architecture coursework on my laptop, but Visual Studio likes to restart itself as soon as it has finished compiling and debugging. Tried running without debug, tried release mode… nothing. No I thought maybe it was just PowerVR so I decided to get on with a bit of electronics with the FEZ Panda… and that also crashes VS when I try and run the program on the device.
I wish this was some kind of April Fools joke pulled on me, but with no one to have tampered with my computer it must be a fault with the software or maybe just the fact I’m running it on Windows 8 seeing as it works perfectly fine on my Windows 7 desktop computer.
On a lighter note, I am expecting an April Fools prank from Rob Miles. His Windows Phone chip prank last year was quite impressive and very realistic.
